I went bungee jumping for the first time ever! There are times in life when we are scared, when we don't believe in ourselves and we want to run away. We question or doubt our capabilities. We usually take the easy way out. Well, tonight I faced one of my biggest fears!!
I had to 100% believe and trust that God has control of my life and that he would be there for me to fall on. I did it all by myself and for the first time I let go and just trusted in him. It was not easy and was the scariest thing I have ever done in my life. Same thing with the fitness industry. Some of you may be so scared to start because you're scared that you may fail. Let me tell you something... You're amazing. You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great. You have to take one day at a time like I did with one step at a time off the ledge. You have to believe in yourself and know you can do this and you're going to better than you were the day before. It's not easy and you have to get out of your comfort zone sometimes but when you do you will finally know how powerful you really are!!!
